Return policy

Return within 14 days after receiving the package

If you did not like the color, looks or size of the product you can return it during 14 days after receiving it.

    • Once we have received and checked your reurned items, we will notify you via e-mail.
    • Refunded amount will be transferred to your bank account during 5 business days after confirming the package.
    • We will refund only the cost of products we received.
    • 14 days return policy applies only to products purchased online.

Returning via Omniva parcel terminal

    • Use the return code from package arrival SMS
    • Pack your items the way they were.
    • Fill return form and add it to package
    • Follow the instructions in parcel terminal.
    • Returncode is valid for 7 days.

Contact us for other methods

    • Simply reply to the e-mail you received from us when making the order or send new e-mail to info@riekernordic.com. Make sure to inlcude your order number in the e-mail.

Requirements for returned items

    • Products must be as they were when you received them
    • In original package with tags and not used.

Returning goods under warranty

All our products have a 2 year warranty. If you find a manufacturing defect during this period, we will deal with the situation appropriately.

    • The manufacturer warranty does not apply to
      • External decorative elements of the goods, insoles and laces.
      • If the shoe was used for other purposes or worn in unsuitable weather conditions for it, or if the shoes were mechanically damaged.
      • If the shoe is worn out physically due to the natural course of usage.
